You can eat pinwheels with a salad for lunch, as an after school snack, or with soup for dinner. Makes 8 slices

2 rashers lean bacon
1 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cup wholemeal SR flour
1 1/2 cups SR flour
60g margarine
1 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons extra milk
Poppy or sesame seeds (optional)
Sifter
Rolling pin
Chopping board and knife
Large mixing bowl and spoon
Measuring cups and spoons
Non-stick cooking spray
Baking tray
Pastry brush
