This dessert is delicious but quick and easy to make. Serves 4

1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sultanas
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
