Fruit ‘n’ Veg Week has been an annual event in WA primary schools since 1990 and is a vital part of the effort to increase the consumption of fruit and vegetables in WA.

In 2008, the theme for Fruit ‘n' Veg Week is Cook a Surprise! Go for 2&5®. The week provides a focus for the school community to promote fruits and vegetables. It is a great opportunity to hold classroom, canteen and whole-of-school activities and events!

For great ideas, recipes and competition details download the Cook a Surprise! Go for 2&5 Fruit ‘n’ Veg Week booklet (PDF 1.1MB).
